Driven by curiosity about the nature of perception, Studio Oscillating Matter invites us to reconsider our notion of matter, energy, and the fluidity of time. Through hybrid soundscapes, synesthetic experiences, and machines that explore the gradience between physical and ephemeral, the studio encourages us to engage with reality in a way that is both embodied and reflective. Founded by artist Ricky van Broekhoven, the studio has been joining forces with institutions and creatives in the fields of science, architecture, music and film.
